Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I ordered products online, waited for a week. The delivery failed, never came to my house which I was waiting outside my apartment building. Did not get a call from the delivery company and I had to rearrange the delivery for a week after that. Also I had to wait for one and a half hours on the phone just for somebody to pick up. When I rearranged the delivery the customer service agent did not put the information that I already paid for the for the delivery and for the products resulting that they canceled again my order. Then I had to go to the shop explain them everything had to wait for another week to get my things. Meanwhile i had no bed to sleep on because they couldn't get their programming right. Got a refund but they charged me twice for the delivery. The customer service is just awful , and i takes to long to talk to an employee, especially on the phone.! Did not expect such thing in Sweden.

Worst defective merchandise policy in the world
I don't live near an IKEA store (nearest is 2.5 hours away), but I purchased four of the highly-touted FRAKTA bags that moms of college students rave about for packing clothes and linens for easy moving in and out of student housing. I bought them the first week of July, they were delivered on July 7, and I opened one of the four that day just to see how it works. We moved our son on July 18, and one of the 3 unopened bags had a seam that was not completely stitched on the bottom of the bag. When he put his clothing into that bag, he saw there was a hole right away. I did a live chat with IKEA that evening to see if it was possible to get a replacement or refund. They said in order for that to happen, I had to notify them of the defect within 48 hours of delivery. FORTY-EIGHT HOURS. Officially the shortest defective product warranty in history. I told them next time I'll buy the Amazon knock-offs. At least they have a decent refund/return policy. Never again, IKEA!

Just another of thousands of bad reviews
Just another of thousands of bad reviews I see. Purchased a bed frame which I traveled 300 hundred kilometers to do. I was shown a complete frame that would hold a foam mattress, mattress sold separately which is expected. At home assembled the bed frame but half the parts were missing. Absolutely no customer service, no phone numbers but they have a fictional billi bot which did no work 5 days in a row hence the fictional not comment. So I drove another 300 kilometers and was told the the other half of the bed frame was sold separately. This is like selling a dresser without drawers or a coach without cushions. So I drove a total of 1200 kilometers and paid for a useless frame and the WORST purchasing experience of my life (63 years). Horrible company don't waste your time or money, it should be illegal maybe a lawyer can way in on this.

I purchased a King comforter yesterday…
I purchased a King comforter yesterday evening (7/17/22) and returned it the very next day because I washed it before using and the seams fell apart.

They refused to accept my return even though I have not used it, just washed it before using. iKEA says one you wash it , it can't be returned.

In this day of COVID and pandemic, do they actually think consumers would purchase a comforter and use it without washing it first? Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Do better than this to stop the COVID spread, IKEA! You owe this to your customers and community.

You have lost me as a customer, not to mention family, friends, and those who may read this review and think twice about purchasing.

Delivery issue (€60 delivery for a very poor service)
Ordered two ( large / medium) items for home delivery (€60). Received a delivery date and spent the day at home to ensure we were there for the delivery ( really needed the furniture) Kept an eye on the delivery tracker all day. About 6pm the delivery van was on our street. We were at the door and saw the van down the street. He was a good bit down so we were waiting for him to come, and while waiting we cleared some space at the door - did not leave the area. Then got a messaged saying delivery attempt failed. We immediately called customer service and noted with them that the delivery man was down the street- he must have tried the wrong house but he never called us and we had our eircode on the delivery address. We asked that they call the delivery driver and get him to come back - he couldn’t have been but 5 mins away. He refused. I was pretty annoyed as i feel it should be standard to check the eircode and also ring the customer. Having paid €60 for delivery i felt like a better service was to be expected. I asked for a refund of my delivery payment. This was refused. Another delivery date was set up for Saturday - bit of a pain having to be stuck in the house on Saturday for the whole day. But lucky we were home as delivery said 2pm-6pm and was actually delivered at 1pm.

Our whole order was cancelled
Our whole order was cancelled on the week it was supposed to arrive, after waiting many weeks for it to come. Their Customer Support didn't provide any reasonable explanation and the conversation took very long time... If you really depend on items from there - don't count on them and better stay away.

Zero star service
I've been scheduled for collection of returned furniture 3 times today. To ensure they would come, we phone again to check. However, it was replied that we were given wrong information and the collection order has NEVER been placed. I was shocked that such a famous company has repeated exhibited very unprofessional customer service and never care about the customer experience of their customers. How do I suppose to re-visit the store for purchase again? Actually the customer service should deserve no star.

IKEA Customer service# 089279 24595= March 2019 ,within a period of 1 . 1/2 year it is broken,very very bad quality and waste of money.Urban ladder is no .1 fraud company each and every customer is not happy with urban ladder Furniture company,everyone should kick them out.

Poor service
I ordered through the store and I scheduled my delivery as per my plan and my day off and I called customer service the guy told me that he called the delivery team and no one answered him and I told him to try again and he promise me that the delivery will gonna contact me within 10 minutes and as I excepted No one contacted me and now I’m super upset because all my plan is ruined because of this poor service , I want someone to call me now as I’m still waiting for my order 0545791788

Articles came broken
Ordered some ceramics and other kitchen products, inside 3 packs many items came broken... Either because of the way they packed everything or the Delivery Firma, DHL didnt handle the package correctly. I want to change this items for new ones, not only return them, in the website there is no option for this. I Tried to get in contact with IKEA all I get is a vague website with no online chat available, no email where to complain and they only send me to a number with no direct answers... Maybe I cant find the correct way of doing this but I dont want to send the articles back and then have to reorder and pay shipping once again...

Bad experience
my bad experience with Ikea started on 01,06,2022. I bought £2,550.50 at the store, to be delivered within 7 days. two wardrobes, a bed, a sofa bed, two rugs, two lamps. When order n 1285275694 arrived, the value described was £1,272.25, half of the order, When I returned to the store I was informed that the system stated that the order was all delivered and that half and the wardrobe that was in the wrong size would be exchanged. So I innocently bought another £1,498 on order n1287942571 the bed to bed settee and mudp servant which never arrived.
So began the saga to change their wardrobe and return £1,272.26.
today, 07/12, I still have my house full of boxes that I never put together for fear of the wrong order, they already promised to come and exchange three different days and they never came and I lost 1,272.26 because in the system it says that everything was delivered and it's not true , I live a nightmare.

Poor service
I have ordered 5 items online and scheduled the slot for delivery. I had taken a day off to accommodate that. I have received a partial delivery of 2 items.
I called costumer service. They told me that the rest of the delivery will be arranged for another day without any specifications. That meant that I should take anther off day to accommodate that. The lady in the phone got irritated. I suggested her to call the delivery for me. She said Ja, ja and just hung up. Poor service. That has just happened now if you want to listen to the tape.

For me IKEA is great place
For me IKEA is great place, there is a lot of choice and different quality of kitchen that you can purchase and prices are not that expensive. For now i am very satisfied but I will see how my kitchen will look like year from now, that's the reason why i gave 4 stars! Cheers
